Yesterday, as usually I ate porridge in the morning as my breakfast, and it was a spicy porridge, yeah. If I ate the porridge without spice sometime I feel a lil dizzy I guess. And if I ate the spicy one, its the opposite.
So after eating that porridge I play until 9 a.m, when I watch my brother play left4dead2, I choke on something spicy, and this spice is in my lungs so I choke and choke almost puke, so I hurry and make hot chocolate and grab an Ice Cream. I drank 3 glass of water to cool the spicing that burn in my lung, and when I drank it din't work a lil, so I drank hot chocolate, after that I eat Ice cream.
Fell so much better, and when I cough, the spice came into my mouth, and I figure something I have to cough to get this thing out of my lung. When it finished, I'm so glad :))
And my brother who playing left4dead2 awkwardly stare at me, and he asked: what did you ate?? and I said: porridge... and so my brother go back playing that game and I watch that game again...
If you choke like me like that, prepare cold and hot drink, and don't forget mineral water of course.
